On June 5, 2025, for the third year in a row, Chapter Dining is proud to be included in the Michelin Guide 2025. This accolade recognizes the commitment, creativity, and craftsmanship behind every dish served at our table. In the ever-evolving world of fine dining, few honors are as prestigious as being featured in the Michelin Guide Hanoi | Ho Chi Minh City | Da Nang 2025 ceremony. This continued recognition affirms our place among the top Hanoi Michelin Restaurants 2025, and we are deeply grateful to our guests, team, and partners who share in this journey with us.

We are honored to share that Chapter Dining has officially entered its third consecutive year being named on the Michelin Selected list. This time, as part of the Michelin Guide 2025 Hanoi. It’s a moment of quiet pride and deep gratitude, marking yet another milestone in our journey to celebrate and elevate Northern Vietnamese cuisine.

The Michelin Guide, first published in 1900 by the French tire company Michelin, has become the gold standard in recognizing exceptional restaurants around the world. The guide evaluates establishments based on the quality of ingredients, mastery of cooking techniques, the personality of the chef in the cuisine, value for money, and consistency.

In 2023, Michelin officially launched its Vietnam Guide, including the cities of Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. Now in 2025, the list continues to grow, expanding to Da Nang, reflecting the country’s rich, evolving culinary landscape. Being part of the List of Michelin Guide 2025 is not just a title. It’s a tribute to resilience, creativity, and passion for craft. And Chapter Dining is humbled to be counted among the top Hanoi Michelin Restaurants 2025.

As part of this year’s celebration, Chapter Dining was invited to take part in the Michelin Guide Ceremony Vietnam 2025, a gathering of the most respected chefs and culinary talents in the nation.

As part of the prestigious Michelin Guide Ceremony Vietnam 2025, Chapter Dining was honored to present a specially curated tasting menu. The first highlight was the Ocean Tart – a delicate shell filled with Hokkaido scallops, sea urchin, amberjack, and sturgeon caviar. It was a refined homage to pristine Japanese ingredients with a Vietnamese perspective on oceanic freshness.

Next came a surprising yet elegant pairing: fresh oysters with Wagyu beef, a bold juxtaposition of raw brine and rich umami. This course invited diners to taste contrast as harmony, like ocean and earth. A balance of texture, temperature, and flavor.

Completing the Chapter culinary journey was our Corn Tart, featuring sweet corn, coriander flowers, scallions, and a touch of Calamansi citrus. This tart reflects the creativity of Chapter’s chefs in incorporating Vietnamese local ingredients into the dinner at the Michelin Guide Vietnam Ceremony 2025.
