Chapter Dining’s Earth Call Menu – Gift of the Great Mother Nature
By the end of 2024, as storms passed through Northern Vietnam, local communities gradually recovered their economy. Grateful for Mother Nature’s protection and the seasonal gifts she provides, Chapter Dining‘s chefs journeyed to villages in the northern mountains — not only to source fresh ingredients but also to express their appreciation for our Great Mother Nature’s precious offerings to Vietnamese cuisine.
